holy shit… i just realised if you hover over the icon on the top left of notifications the icon kind of vibrates and if you click it it opens up the relevant thing on the UI.
for example, silas just came home from school and i hovered over the school bus icon, it popped out a little bit and then i clicked it and it opened his school grades panel

ehm… why the heck does the game randomly generate a veterinarian at a vet owned by a played sim??? i haven’t hired any vets and only have 1 sim that works there and yet i’ve showed up to the vet as another sim and it’s some random sim i’ve never seen before
