Challenge 18: We Never Go Out of Style
I’m sorry for the delay! Your new challenge is to
makeover the TS2 premades by taking inspiration from their original Maxis style. It could be a cuter pair of pink pants for Nina, a prettier LBD for Dina, or a sexier “plaid cowboy” look for Goopy!You get to define “inspiration” for yourself. Color scheme and/or patterns are a good guideline, but not a rule. If there’s a chance we might not get how it ties in to their original look, please include a few words of explanation.
Rules:
- All outfits that Maxis assigned to the premades are eligible for your style inspiration. This includes all clothing categories except outerwear, which is randomized on non-SSNs sims.
- TS2 premades only. However, if a TS2 sim was used in another game, you may base the makeover on
their default look from that sim universe. (ex. Mortimer’s purple
waistcoat from TS1 or striped shirt from TS3.)- You may change ages as long as you base the style off their original age. Transition outfits are randomized and not eligible!
- No cosmetic surgery. No changing eye or skin color, though you may use default replacements. You may change hair color if you have a reason for it. (ex. ”She wears blue lipstick, so I gave her blue hair.”)
- Keep pictures in good taste. No NSFW (though you may blur or cover
nibbly bits). No violent or offensive imagery.- You may submit multiple entries.
- You may submit older pictures if they fit the theme.
