Brigid: “Oh, auntie Valera! I was just going to ask where you were, too.”Valera: “Hm?”–
Brigid: “I just wanted to thank you both for coming, and to thank you for everything you’ve done for me. I love you both so much!”
Brigid: “And well, mum’s having a really hard time dealing with dad passing away so she asked me to move in with her and I said yes. So, I’m leaving tonight…”–
Valera: “Oh, Brigid, that’s so great of you to do! Of course we know you love us and we love you too, that’ll never change. Right, Ryan?”–
Ryan: “Right! My sister is lucky to have a daughter who cares so much for her, and we’re all lucky to have you in our family.”
Valera: “Ooh, owww.”Ryan: “Oh god, WHAT DO I DO? WHAT CAN I DO?”–
Valera: “You can just calm down, Ryan. It’ll probably be another few hours yet.”
