1. What’s your favourite sim death?

I’m not sure? Maybe Cowplant.

2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match CC?

Maxis Match, definitely.

3. Favourite mod?

Cheats Shortcuts.

4. First Expansion/Game/Stuff Pack you ever got?

Whichever one was the first one. Outdoor Retreat I think? I’ve gotten them all in release order anyway.

5. Have you made a simself?

At some point, a long time ago. I think I attempted it but eh, it’s not something really interests me. For TS2 I made a pretty good one. For the time, anyway.

6. What sim traits do you give yourself?

Animal Lover (it WILL be a trait at some point guys), Loner and Vegetarian.

7. Are you a builder or do you like gameplay better?

Gameplay.

8. Are you a CC creator?

I wouldn’t classify myself as that. I do some recolours now and again but that’s about it.

9. Do you have any Simblr friends?

Of course! Everyone who I interact with regularly on here is classified as my friend 🙂

10. What’s your favourite sims game?

Once TS4 has been filled out a bit more (pets, seasons, uni – the usual) it will be my favourite I think. But for now, if I had to pick, it would be TS2.

11. What Expansion/Game/Stuff pack do you want next? 

Pets. Or Seasons. Or Uni. But mostly pets.

12. What’s your favourite Expansion/Game/Stuff pack?

So far, City Living is my favourite Expansion, Dine Out is my favourite Game Pack (I take my sims to eat out all the time, it’s a huge thing for me, especially for birthdays) and surprisingly, I think Bowling Stuff might be my favourite stuff pack lmao??? like, I ripped into it when it was announced and I had NO interest in it but since I’ve gotten it, I really like to take my sims out bowling. It could DEFINITELY be improved a lot and it really should have been (being able to keep score and sims having reactions to other sims playing for example) but yeah, I actually really enjoy it for what it is and it gives my sims something to do.

Same thing happened with Fitness Stuff. I said I wasn’t gonna get it because it looked like trash and useless, unless it was on a major sale but then I got it when it was on like -10% sale (lol fucking kill me) but I actually ended up loving it? all of the CAS stuff is great, the headphones were a great idea too.

Books I am currently Reading: Nothing at the moment but I’m planning on starting reading The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood tonight (I just finished the first season the TV show and I loved it, I need more).

1. Tell me the story of how you started playing.

I must’ve been around 8 or 9 at the time and my cousin had a copy of The Sims. I didn’t really know anything about it but I saw him playing it one day whilst I was at my aunt’s and I asked if I could borrow it. Well, he gave me a pirated copy of it and I played the shit out of it for so long. But at some point I came across the Sims website and I was desperate to download sims put up on the exchange. Since my game was pirated though I couldn’t, so I begged my dad to buy me the proper copy and that’s when the official obsession began. After that I bought every single expansion and stuff pack until TS3 where I still bought the majority of them but didn’t even play them man what a fucking waste of money ugh

11. Do you play with cheats?

No! Other than cheats like moo and full CAS etc. I’ve never been a cheater. The most I did would have been back in TS1 days where I did use money cheats a fair bit and just messed around. But when TS2 came around I didn’t bother with cheats and I never really have. To me, it just ruins the whole point of the game which is progression and expanding families. That doesn’t work if you just cheat and make them all rich.

2. TS1, TS2, TS3 or TS4 – and why?

Oh man, it’s really difficult to choose between TS2 and TS4. I think I’m gonna have to go with TS2 just because there’s so much more to do and in my opinion, it’s the peak of the series. Maybe that’ll change by the time TS4 has all it’s expansions and stuff but right now I think TS2 offers the best experience all round.

3. Favourite Expansion and Stuff Pack?

For TS1: Probably Pets because… pets!

For TS2: Expansion Pack wise, as much as I love Pets, I’d probably go with University. I think it just added so much and it was all done so well. It’s just really fun and enriches your sims’ lives. Stuff Pack, definitely Family Fun Stuff – THOSE PJ’S WITH THE SLIPPERS.

For TS4: Well we only have GTW so far, so I guess that lol. Game pack, I’d pick Spa Day over Outdoor Retreat. For Stuff Packs I’d go with Perfect Patio just because of the hot tubs. I do really like the clothing and hair in Luxury Party though. 

4. Least Favourite Expansion and Stuff Pack?

For TS1: Livin’ Large. I just didn’t really use much from it and found it kind of pointless. Especially since I never had that many parties or anything in TS1.

For TS2: This is really hard, I love them all… FreeTime maybe? I think for Stuff Packs it’d Mansion & Garden just because I haven’t really even explored it all that much.

For TS4: Cool Kitchen Stuff because as much as I love the ice-cream and the kitchen stuff, there isn’t enough of it. I do like all the CAS items but… I don’t understand why they’re included in a kitchen pack.

14. What’s your favourite world?

Even though I don’t play in it all that often because my main legacy is in Willow Creek I’m gonna pick Oasis Springs. I’ll get some spares moved there soon so I can explore it more!

Brown. I’m not sure why but I rarely ever make blonde sims.

B: Make your sims Woohoo in the photobooth or the bed?

Probably just the bed.

C: Create sims for download or personal use?

Personal use in general. I like making sims for download but not too often since it’s a lot of hassle getting all the CC sorted and listed.

D: Download or create your own CC?

I like creating, but there’s so many talented people in this community and it’s amazing to be able to use and enjoy their content so I’m gonna go with download.

E: Play for fun or take pictures?

But taking pictures is fun! I would say for fun but I honestly don’t know how much fun I would have fun not taking pictures of what my sims get up to. 

F: Make your sim wear a lot or no makeup?

A lot could still look natural so I’m going with that.

Constant makeovers, keep it fresh!

Again, depends on my mood but the majority of the time I’d rather read.

I don’t play TS3 anymore but I’d go with EA.

Winter because it’s pretty and much more different than the default weather which is more similar to summer.

Settle down, definitely.

I don’t make poses or anything but I would pick Milkshape simply because there’s more tutorials available for that (for TS2 anyways)
