Wohoo! I think I have my TS2 ‘hoods working properly now. It runs a bit laggy but I do have a ridiculous amount of CC and I’m running it in 4k so it’s to be expected. 

Unfortunately, my latest backup wasn’t completely up to date and I think I lost a rotation each on my BACC so my last entries will have to forgotten. But to be honest it’s not that big of a deal, considering I haven’t played it for literally 4 years. 4 years!

I wanted to check on my BACC so I attempted to load up TS2 for the first time in like, 2 years. And it was working, for a while. I closed it to turn off the sim shadows in the graphics rule because I was getting the black box issue but then when I tried to restart my game it just crashed and I can’t get it working again.

I an error and it just instantly crashes and it just refuses to open. The game works fine if I generate a fresh TS2 folder so it’s something to do with my specific directory which is frustrating because I don’t know what. Ugh.

I’ll just leave it for tonight. It’s 3am and I’m way too tired to be dealing with this.

I’m re-reading my BaCC entries on LJ and I’m close to tearing up because nostalgia is a jerk. I’m so tempted to just open up my game and play around for a little bit when I get home but I just know it would end up in me trying to sort through my CC and fixing the game to run on widescreen and everything and I wouldn’t even get to properly play.

Plus I’m just so engrossed in TS4 right now, especially with getting my asylum challenge started and I want to keep that enthusiasm going for as long as I can before I inevitably go on an unannounced hiatus like I always do. I WISH I HAD MORE TIME, SO I COULD PLAY ALL THE THINGS ;-;

Woo, stuff!

Ok, I came across this artist, Ruben Ireland on Society6 and I just had to get some of his artwork into my game. So I’ve just finished up making these paintings and uploading them for anyone else who may be interested.

They’re on the Grilled Cheese mesh, so you need Nightlife for them to work. There’s a swatch here and here for all of the paintings included. Individual images of all the included paintings are also included, so you can pick and choose whichever ones you want.

I finished my first request!
therasmuse over at GoS requested this and I decided to try my hand at it. So they asked for Dori’s Autumn Days Outfit recoloured with Aelia’s Eco Naturals and patterned tights. I think they turned out pretty good and I’m rather pleased with them myself :3

There’s 36 files in total. 18 with solid tights and 18 with patterned tights. All are included in the download with folders seperating them – Shadows are solid tights and Echoes are the patterned tights. They’re all clearly labelled so you can easily take out what you don’t want.

I’m also really interested in seperating this mesh up as I think the shoes would go really well with some long top-only dresses and I think the coat could go with some bottoms as well. So after this I’m going to attempt to seperate them.
