Why not make one of the sims that knows that sim the host or are the sims the know the sim you want to invite kids?

I wish. What I ended up doing was inviting those sims over, making the person who wants to throw the party meet them, then throw the party

I never thought of that! I guess it’s all we can do right now. 

Yeah so there’s no chance I’m gonna get caught up before Spooky Stuff comes out (literally over 200 screenshots this rotation and I’m not even finished playing yet, wtf). So I’m probably gonna play a different family and post that tonight instead of rushing my legacy since it would have to be like a post every 10 minutes or something stupid to get caught up.

I hate when people try to say it’s a rip off if EA makes the expansions that we had for TS2 into expansions for TS3. No, it’s not! We’re going to be experiencing it in a new kind of game play.

Do people not realise they did this with The Sims 1 > The Sims 2? I always assumed it was just a Sims tradition sort of thing. They re-make an older expansion then make a completely new one.

For example, The Sims: On Holiday > The Sims 2: Bon Voyage > The Sims 3: World Adventures.
Ambitions was completely new.
The Sims: Hot Date > The Sims 2: Nightlife > The Sims 3: Late Night 
Generations was completely new.
The Sims: Unleashed > The Sims 2: Pets > The Sims 3: Pets.

I think The Sims: Livin’ It Up and House Party were mainly incorporated into the base game of The Sims 2.
I don’t think The Sims: Superstar was incorporated into The Sims 2 at all (apart from maybe the reputation meter from Apartment Life?) though it was incorporated into The Sims 3: Late Night with the Celebrity stuff.
The Sims: Makin’ Magic was also incorporated into The Sims 2: Apartment Life. 

And I just noticed on the wiki there’s a new expansion noted down for 2012 called Showtime… Has anyone else heard about this? o.O 

3 years ago and for TS3 but still relevent today with TS4.

Blog/Personal Update;

So my queue’s run out – there’s 2 more monthly roundup posts and then that’s it. I do have a bunch of screenshots taken but they need to be edited and uploaded. I still haven’t finished my current rotation of the main legacy house and I’ve also started a room challenge with Dead!Sofia so that’s what I’ve got for the moment. I’m gonna try and get some stuff edited and added to my queue tonight but I’m wallpapering so I’m not sure I’ll be able to get much done.

I’m kinda in a frustrating situation because my mojo for TS4 is still going really, really strong and I’m having so much fun with it but I’m also really behind on everything else I want to play. So I’m stuck in this limbo of having ¾ things I want to play but the choice is stressing me out so I end up not playing any of them and watching Supernatural instead -.-

So what I’m gonna try and do is get the current stuff added to my queue and turn my queue back down to 3 posts a day and focus on some other games for the moment. I mean this is kind of a good time anyway since we haven’t had any news and the moment something new comes out I’ll want to be all over it. 

My plan is to get Trespasser finished, I don’t think I have that much more to do since I’ve played like 4 hours of it now? After that I really want to get Fallout 2 finished before I do anything else and start on Fallout 3. I might not be as active on here during that time but I’ll still be checking my inbox and my favourite simblrs and whatnot so I won’t disappear. On the site? As far as I know you can’t buy stuff from the Primark site, it only shows what’s new so you have to go into the store so buy it unfortunately 😦

On the one hand I want to believe, on the other – it’s EA Games. I’ve been taught better than to believe in anything EA.

hasn’t that been there for over half a year now? i think it’s just a placeholder, coders do that. mean probably nothing. not saying it would never happen but it’s obviously not happening in this EP.

Oh man, has it been that long? Wow! Like you said, I want to believe but they make it difficult, don’t they? 😦
