Sooo…. What’s up with CAS thumbnails right now??
i just spent 30 mins in CAS making over a townie and now my game won’t save

i had to force close my game and i don’t feel like looking at it ever again tbh
if anyone else has this problem, my issue was old CC – specifically, an old version of heihu’s face overlays. Once I took them out ad added the more updated ones everything seems to be working ok
Is anyone else having issues with load screens when traveling to a lot?
It’s happened a couple of times to me now. The music is still playing in the background, the facts are still scrolling along and the plumbob is still spinning but the load screen never disappears. If I move my mouse around I can see the cursor changing, like when for a sim to walk somewhere or to click on an object but I’m just stuck with the screen.

i just got asked out and accepted but once we got there there was no date event? They just stood around and did nothing
ehm… why the heck does the game randomly generate a veterinarian at a vet owned by a played sim??? i haven’t hired any vets and only have 1 sim that works there and yet i’ve showed up to the vet as another sim and it’s some random sim i’ve never seen before

anyone else having issues loading 19 culpepper house with the snow mod??
It took me fucking ages but I finally found the culprit. It’s the file named “GT-objects-snowmod.package”. I took that out and now my game doesn’t crash when loading that lot. I’ll play for a while and update if anything else buggy happens. Also I’m gonna message simcookie and let them know

my game is actually just broken af right now? i’m trying to queue something up and it’s just not queuing at all. and frank keeps resetting, i can’t get him to do anything. he’s made 3 meals in a row then reset and keeps making another but not eating anything? like wtf
WHY DO YOU DO THIS, GAME!?
i’m actually getting so tilted. he had his green default eyes working fine until he aged up into a teen and then the game decided to give him the EA brown eyes and then not let me change his eyes at all in CAS. I was using full CAS and I tried randomising his eye shape to reset them but nothing. i’m so fucking mad.
i’m having to use contacts as a workaround but like, isn’t that going to completely fuck up the genetics now for his kids???
This really pisses me off.
When I last played everyone was off to school/work except for Jack and Ryan. I load my game back up today, it’s 11am and everyone is standing outside the house. I get a notification saying school’s out and everyone’s home and half of them are embarassed/tense. What the fuck is going on? Why does this keep happening?
So basically any time I want to stop playing it would be best to wait until like 6am when everyone is already up and about to go to school/work otherwise they all get reset like this when I go back in-game. It’s actually really fucking annoying me, especially when I have something planned and this messes it all up.
Bug Awareness!
Here we go again. 😛 @ajoya-sims messaged me and asked if I could try to raise awareness about an annoying bug that is occurring since one of the December patches. Apparently you can no longer change the frame colors of the wall mounted photographs in game. There used to be three color options (black, white & brown). If this is something that is happening in your game please follow this link:
log in and press the “Me Too” button at the bottom of the post. That way we can bump this issue and hopefully the developers will notice it and fix it in the next patch. 🙂
