Bioshock, all the way.

10. Favourite video game soundtrack/song?

The soundtrack to Little Big Adventure 2 is my all-time favourite (I’m listening to it right now, coincidentally!) I love every single track and it brings the nostalgia back to me every time I listen to it.

17. The series you’ve been playing the longest?

The Sims, for sure! I remember getting a pirated copy of The Sims from my cousin when I was really young and that the was the start of it all! Here I am, almost 23, and still playing ♥

RPG for sure! I do love MMORPG’s a lot as well, just wish I had more time to play them.

Hmmm, I’m not sure I really have one to be honest. If anything, I’d probably have to say The Sims actually. Odd, coming from a Simblr, I know. I don’t know if anyone else can relate but if I’m talking to someone about games and they ask what I’m playing or something I just don’t want to say The Sims to them because it’s a different game to someone who isn’t involved in the community like we are. I think the majority of people don’t see The Sims as a ‘legit game’ or whatever so it does feel like a guilty pleasure game unless I’m talking to someone who I know is involved in or well aware of the community.

Why/how did you decide that Ryan would be the heir and not Eleanor?

At the time I chose, it was just because I enjoyed playing Ryan more and he was my favourite looks-wise, too. He had more of a story going on, what with being in a relationship Valera, whilst Eleanor really didn’t have anything going on at all. That was really my bad though as I wasn’t playing as detailed as I am now, I just kinda sped through a lot of it. For comparison, the whole of Generation 2 lasted 73 pages whilst Generation 3 is already on 29 pages and all the Gen 3 kids are still just kids – plus I have a lot planned for all of them so it’s gonna be pretty long.

To be honest though, it’s pretty redundant picking an heir in my legacies, just because I end up playing every member of the family for an equal amount anyway. Really the only difference in picking an heir is that they get to stay in the legacy house (which isn’t always the greatest for them, considering how hard it is to make money and how expensive their bills are).

How do you make your family tree for the Fontaine Legacy? ^^

Hey there! So, I have a template for all of the family member portraits that I use. It’s basically just a circle with a 6px white stroke on the outside for the border and a drop shadow. 

After I’ve got the portrait made I copy it over to the family tree, add lines with the Pencil tool, icons (from here) and their names. The background for the tree is made using a gradient colour background with a pattern from squidfingers on top, set to Linear Dodge at about 50% opacity.

And I think that’s pretty much it! Hope that helps anon. I’m also gonna add this to the main family tree page for future reference 🙂
